Chamber plays to set aside, so Abaddon cant negate it. Most all forts that hold hards now adays do so through an identifier, so that cant be negated
Also, Abaddon didn' t specify in play or not. Is the assumption that unless otherwise indicated on the SA, the only cards affected are only cards in play?

But going from there: What about a card that negates such kind of forts, e.g. negating a Fort in Set Aside area if it is not specifying the hold condition via identifier (did not find an example for Chambers of Angels, but Judah, the Leader does so for evil or neutral ones)?
