Question 2-Haman's Gallows

Another card I came stumbling across as I try to create an awesome Syrian/Persian deck that cause me to pause.  From the text  "....If a card would be torn, remove it from the game instead.."   Okay, I admit, I don't get all the nuances of Ignore, and Capturing even stumps me half the time, but where did I miss the "torn" ability/identifier or whatever it is or was?

Its on Haman's Plot. It's a brown enhancement that discards 3 humans CBN, but gets torn after. Gallows instead it. It's the only card in the game that gets torn.

Is the Torn ability still around, or was it removed from the game?  If it was removed, what is the new wording for Haman's Plot?

It's still around. It's just not an ability that needs to be defined in the REG since it's only on one card and it's pretty self-explanatory. Most people don't actually rip Plots in casual play, they just remove them from the game, but in a tournament you would still have to rip it, unless of course you have Gallows in play.

Here's the card for reference.
