other examples of "Draw"

I have the artifact "Gifts of the Magi" in play, which lets me draw a card every time a "specific ability on a character or enhancement" allows an opponent to draw a card or cards.  Suppose the opponent "exchanges" a card?  She plays "Great Faith" purple enhancement which allows her to exchange that card for another GE in deck.  Would I get to draw a card when she makes this exchange?

An exchange is not a draw ability, it's a search.

Only abilities that specifically say draw are considered draw abilities for things like Gifts. Even a "look at top X and take one" when X is one is still not a draw ability.
ANB is good. Change my mind.

An exchange is not a draw ability, it's a search.

Just to clarify, exchange is often a search, but not always. If you exchange with a card in hand, play, or set-aside area there is no search component to the exchange.

It's specifically an exchange into a pile (deck, discard, reserve) that's inherently a search, right?

Correct. Any ability that does to a non-specific location (not top/bottom) in a pile (those 3 + Artifact pile) is a search ability.
