Difference between a Turn and a Round

Holy Grail lets you convert an Evil Character in a territory once per Round.  Melchizedek allows you to search a deck for a Lost Soul once per Turn.  What is the difference between a turn and a round?  The handy-dandy card that gives the diagram of a turn, which I turn to faithfully doesn't mention "round".

A round is 1 turn for each player.
