Can you fall away a hero that was rescued with chariots of fur?

If you can does it go to land of bondage or territory? It was never a captured character or treated as a lost soul.

Chariots of fire - Rescue your good o.t. human prophet.

Falling Away - select any redeemed soul and return it to your land of bondage. Character is treated as a lost lost soul.

Per the REG, any card targeted by a Rescue affect becomes a Redeemed Soul.  Since Falling Away targets a Redeemed Soul, I'd say the Hero would be transferred to the Dom player's LoB as a Lost Soul per following through on Falling Away's ability.

I would agree that it goes to your LOB.  Even though FA says “return,” it doesn’t go to the same location as it was before it was rescued. Otherwise if you played FA in multi on a Lost Soul that wasn’t in your LOB, it would go to another player’s LOB (but it doesn’t work that way either).

Ok. I thought that was right. Just wanted to make sure.
