With work being my busy season and Hurricane Irma hitting me in the face I haven't been on here much.  Did I miss out on being able to buy these?

The last I heard was that Rob was going to have a two week time period in October in which you could pre-order the cards, then the order sent to the printer in November, and then the cards will be mailed mid-December.  Also, only the CoW AB cards will be offered this year.

Yes.  Moreover, you will also receive one (1) The Tabernacle national tournament promo card for each Cloud of Witnesses Alternate Border display box that you purchase.
