Cactus Game Design Message Boards

Hey guys, I seriously have thousands upon thousands of cards, that I'm looking to sell/trade.  I was thinking about putting together sets somewhat similar to the grab bag on the Redemption website, except to increase the ante by giving at least 350 unique cards, including at least 50 rares & 20 retired cards.  I might be able to include 10 FooF/RoA cards, but they wouldn't be a full set.  I also have complete commons/uncommons from every set.  I also have almost complete sets of most of the older sets.  I can also make it a little cheaper depending on if you want non-mint cards.  Would anyone be interested in something like this for about the $30 for the Redemption site grab bag or trading for this for maybe around double for some cards my play group needs?

Wait, I'm kinda confused--what all would be included in the $30 set?

Yeah so I needed to clarify a little more:

350 different cards

at least 50 Rares or Ultra-rares (pulled from every set, but most of these include Patriarchs and before)

at least 20 Retired cards (A/B, C/D, Women, Warriors, maybe E/F, but if I can put together complete sets, I'd rather have those for my playgroup)

I might be able to include the 10 FooF/RoA cards, but they would not all be from the same tin

The Commons and Uncommons will be pulled from every set, so you don't have to worry about getting a ton of Unlimited or Prophets cards, you could even pull the higher value cards like 2K horses, Covenant of Noah, and the like.


I am also contemplating doing this where if you would be willing to increase in increments, I can guarantee even more unique cards.  For instance, for $65 I'll give you two of this same set but guarantee up to 700 different cards.

Likewise, I might even be willing to go further and say buy 3 for $100 and I'll give you everything tripled, but guarantee up to 1100 different cards.  The only problem with this will be the FooF/RoA cards, I don't have many left on hand, so I would not have many of these for several sets.  But to make up for the lack of tin cards, maybe I'll leave it at 10 or 15 but let you pick from my remaining stock.

Like I said I'm just throwing around some ideas, that would help as many people as possible and still be able to help my playgroup collect cards too.  So for instance I would probably be willing to trade 1 $30 grab bag for around $60 worth of cards, or something like that.  I will post trade needs, if there is any interest in that!
