Cactus Game Design Message Boards

I was at my local Christian bookstore today, and I saw some Redemption booster packs.  It seemed to be a bit of an eclectic mix as the below is what they had all mixed together in a The Priests booster display box.

$5 each pack:
12 packs of The Disciples
4 packs of Thesaurus ex Preteritus
4 packs of Thesaurus ex Preteritus (Cloud of Witnesses sticker on front)

$3 each pack:
15 packs of The Priests
5 packs of The Patriarchs
4 packs of The Kings
2 packs of The Apostles
1 pack of The Women

My question is this.  Why do some of the booster packs of Thesaurus ex Preteritus have Cloud of Witness stickers on the front?  (I should have taken a picture, but I didn't think of it at the time.)  Are they a first printing or something?  I searched a bit, but I didn't see anything mentioning this before.

So each set has had a TxP pack with a sticker on the front during some point and time.  Rob uses the TxP boxes and stickers when he is shipping out packs and has run out (or hasn't received) the particular packaging for the set.  I can't remember which set right off, but it took several months after the product release for Rob to get the "official" packaging and sold most of the first couple of prints in the TxP/sticker format.  As Reth said though, if they have a Cloud of Witnesses sticker, it should be CoW packs!
