Not sure about the rates but my guess is that the first printing cards that changed which didn't get the errata well have a higher value because those are the ones little well most likely use and want. My guess is most won't really bother trying to obtain first printing cards if they don't have already but t there are always collectors who want to have them.

I know that the UR first print have been discussed in trades at 50.00 trade value via TLG not sure if this will hold but it does seem to be the current value for those 2 1st edition cards
