Here's my analysis: The cards listed below are pretty much the only ones that people may be possibly interested in buying. The cards in bold are probably your highest value and those cards are traded/sold fairly often on these boards. Usually what would happen is someone would set a price for the "valuable cards" and the rest are thrown in, with perhaps a bit added for shipping if it happens to be quite a few cards. The price I would set on the following lot is probably in the $25-30 range, assuming the New Jerusalem you listed is the Lamb Icon (play simultaneously with Son of God to rescue an additional Lost Soul) and not the site. Without that, I wouldn't expect much more than $20 being offered. When people buy cards in bulk, they usually try to shave 50-75% off what they would pay for each individual card at ThreeLionsGaming.com, which is how most card values are determined for sales and trades here.
If you are still offering the cards, my suggestion would be to go on Three Lions Gaming Pricelist, determine how much each of the cards below are worth, total it up, and then take 75-80% off of that price as a starting figure for what you would sell it for. The signed cards are sometimes valued higher, which is why I included them, but it depends on whether people want them for collection's sake or not. Another suggestion is to take pictures of the lot while focusing on the cards I listed below, put them on eBay with a starting price in the $10-15 range, and then post a link to the auction here. A lot of people who buy cards prefer eBay because then they can more easily use PayPal, and they also get a chance to look at the cards.
Hope that helps. It appears based on the cards in your collection that you played/collected up until 9-10 years ago but then haven't done much with them since. You may be surprised at the reduction in prices for a lot of cards that used to be really valuable (like Destruction of Nehushtan and Leviathan) but that is because of a much higher supply than when you were in the game.
