I have been cleaning out my old collection and my briefcase of card related items. I came accross several opened packs. Does Cactus still trade 10 UPC's for one pack? Also, (and I may have asked something similar to this earlier) I know they wouldn't give you TexP for upc's, but can you send in TexP upc's for say Priests?

Cactus still accepts 10 (booster pack) UPCs for a booster pack.  Since TexP are not booster packs the UPCs aren't redeemable and you can't redeem UPCs for TexP.

If you're sending in more than 10 UPCs just email Rob to find out how much shipping will cost and send along a check instead of a SASE.
