Trading for packs and/or UPC's

I am looking for packs, any packs of card and or UPC's.  Willing to trade cards for them.   I have several promos, moslty local, a few state promos that I can trade.

But I am willing to entertain any offer for any other card.  If I have it and the price is right, then it is yours!

Hey crust pope i have 300+ UPCs i was want to use them to get packs for my play group but if the trade is fair.
