I have them. :) They came out with the G/H decks (there were previous ones, but that's what I have), and the cost is $12 each plus $8 shipping (Priority Mail).

FYI, when I ordered things like this from CBD previously, they were not as pictured (I got the Lost Soul promo instead of New Jerusalem). However, that was awhile ago, and they may have fixed that issue. What I have available is exactly as pictured in the link above, and you can choose the lion lid or angel lid.

Actually I was looking for the gift set with Nicolas of Antioch. What LS promo were you talking about?

That would be the one with the C/D starter deck. I don't have any of those anymore...

Your best bet for the C/D deck is one of the following:
1) E - bay which is a long odds shot
2) Ask if anyone here on the forum has one to sell. The last time one was posted it was $20. And it was without the Nic card.
3) 3 lions or Gem City or one of the old timers might have one or know where to get one.
4) You can sometimes find the promo separately for a decent price.

If you just want the promo or the starter deck, I have those, but I don't have the complete gift set.
