If there is support for it, I could have either at WI State (If Scott wants to also do it) or at some more local tourney have either a side event or one of the main events where you can get a playmat for winning the event.

When is the WI State tournament. I will be sending out these playmats to be printed soon. Just waiting to get the graphics finalized in the format the printer wants.

We'll probably have it around June-July. (A lot of the details are fairly sketchy as planning has barely started so yea)

I will definitely pick up one. Did anyone go any farther with the other ones that distinguish where your cards go by change? I remember they had one done of GoyS and AoC that looked awesome.

Initially they will only be available via hosting a TLG event which are a great value if I do say so myself and then once the tournament season they were intended for is over they will be for individual sale on the TLG website. They are valued at $15 a piece.

When you buy one, will it still say "champion" even though they aren't a champion they just bought it?

Yeah, in the same way that when you buy a tournament winner promo card, you don't necessarily have to be a tournament winner to have it.
