When ordering on the CGD site how do I tell it I want to order with Redemption Cash?

I had the same issue.  You need to mail it in, along with actual cash for the shipping.

how do i process the order? The paypal page doesn't seem to have a way to note the RC, and I don't see any codes on the RC.

You cannot order online if you are using Redemption Cash. You have to mail the Redemption Cash, any additional money via check/money order, and a note with what it is all for. :)
