Do you have better odds of pulling a Michael from an angel wars or kings?

Equal.  Mike is 1/90 packs in Angel Wars, and 1/90 packs in Kings.

On a side note, I was opening Priests packs to get Samaria sites (common card) and opened almost two boxes worth and only got two. That goes to show that even when the ratio is supposed to be X sometimes it can be Y because some other factor came into play with filling the boxes. You could get a Michael in two consecutive packs...you just never know.

I actually did that at Creation. They were both during booster draft so I ended up going with angels for both.

If you pulled two Michaels from Priests, you're a lot luckier than you think.

Even if you open 5X packs and the ratio is 1/X, it doesn't mean you're going to get 5 of that card; it doesn't even mean you're going to get one. However, the ratio isn't Y, it's still X. (Unless Y = X).
