Regardless of what one particular price list or another says, it's still about supply and demand. Right now, Grapes might be the most in demand card in the game, so you would probably be lucky to find someone willing to trade just one for a King David even though King David is listed at twice as much. I would consider a 1 for 1 trade with Grapes and KD a good deal if each person needed the other card.
