I would guess, he/she is looking to sell.  But, he/she hasn't been on in almost two weeks, so either they aren't in any big hurry or they are already gone.

But on that point the seller has some cards I'd really be interested in, if someone here buys it and wants to trade them to me!   ;D

That is the only reason I ask what cards he wants, although I'm fairly certain you are right in saying he probably would wantto sell more than trade, if he even still has them.  :)
