I would classify it as good to near-mint.

Imo, no Treasures card will be perfectly mint because of the sorting method Rob uses, however in additon to that, this particular specimen is still slightly curved, with a minor seperation approximately one centimeter in length along the right side middle, as well as a mild rubbing on right corner.
