I only got 1 UR. Is this normal? Kind of seems crappy.

That's pretty rough. I opened 1 and didn't get any, but I would expect a normal distribution to be 1-2/box

Statistically, every 3 boxes has a complete set, on average.

But those were Phase 2 boxes specifically. I think the concern has been with the combined TEC boxes.

I bought three boxes and from one I got Shipwreck and Love, and from another I got just Love, the last one had nothing

The where no Phase 1 UR's I was very surprised.

Between Phase 1 and Phase 2 packs I bought around 112 packs, and I did not get a single UR. I have not purchase any of the combined packs. And, from what I see from other people's experiences, I doubt I will buy any. I'm just hoping that as time goes on, the cost of the TEC cards will come down and at that time I will purchase more cards to add to my collection.

As uthminister is now in control of TLG he said that the prices will be cut in about half, so you are in luck.

I bought one box of Phase 2 only and got both URs. I've opened maybe 15 combined packs since then and haven't gotten any.

Is the rarity in TEC packs the same as in booster packs? I believe for rares its 1/50 packs but that could be wrong. Does anyone have the TEC pack stats?

Seems lower, I bought 4 boxes of both TexP and Disciples each and never had a box that didn't contain a high value card (several actually). I will probably continue to buy a few more boxes just to complete my FooF/RoA sets as well.

I got 72 TEC and got a near complete set of foof and ROA got a few valued kings cards, but was missing a lot of cards from TEC, two of them being URs.

If you pulled Evil Sacrifices that would mean they were combined Phase 1/2 packs...
