Does Cactus still trade upc's for packs? Would this work for TxP packs? Where would one find such info on how to do said trade?

Cactus does still trade packs for UPCs, but you can't get TxP (or FoOF or RoA) that way.  Send the UPCs and a SASE (or e-mail Rob for shipping costs if you're looking to trade them in bulk) to the address above.

Correct.  Please be clarified that Cactus will not trade TxP for your UPCs --- only for Redemption cash.

SASE = self-addressed stamped envelope  *in case you don't know

Nope, Redemption cash comes from Cactus--hosts can choose it as the prizes for their tournaments instead of packs.
