Title: Is This an UR Error Card?
Post by: LukeChips on December 01, 2014, 03:48:44 PM
I got 2nd place in a local Tournament last Saturday. As a prize, I opened two Kings Booster packs, in one of them was one of those common insert cards about how two get promo cards on one side, but one the other side was a BLACK AND WHITE NICOLAS OF ANTIOCH. Is this a common that most people have (I wouldn't think so because I have opened many other Kings booster packs and own many insert cards, but none of them are anything like this) or have I just stumbled on an Ultra-Rare Error card, I hope it's the latter. ;) Either one, How (approximately) would this "card" be worth? :dunno: Does anyone else have this card? I would be willing to sell it because I really want TEC set soon.
Thanks,
Luke

It's just a normal insert card worth nothing and is not playable.

Awww man, I got so exited :P. By the way, what is the rarest error card?

As far as I know, only one set of the Faith of our Fathers cards was printed without a back.

I believe my brother, The Guardian, has it but I think he's arranging to sell it to Soul Seeker.

I have the FooF 5 set which I am selling to Soul Seeker. I'm not sure if he has the rest of the sets or not.

With the mandatory sleeves rule those would be legal for play since the fronts are correct, right? I mean obviously they're an expensive way to get those cards, haha, but I was just curious.

I have all the rest except tin 5 (acquiring from Guardian) and one card from another tin.

I would agree.

That must be costly! ;)

Interestingly, the same argument could be made for the Nicholas of Antioch insert, especially since Rob wants every card that comes in a  booster pack to be legal in tournament play.  ;)

Nothing that a few markers can't fix...  ;)
