What do you have trade wise? I have a few grails I'd be willing to trade. I really need a Goliath Promo but there are some other things I'd take.

How much are you willing to pay each? I have two extra and a third I might be willing to part with.

I have a Goliath Pomo to trade.  Holy Grail x3? Or 2grails and a New Jerusalem Dominant?  Or  make another suggestion.
Thx for your time and consideration.

I'd happily do Holy Grail x2  and possibly another card? I don't have a spare NJ. Any other ideas? I have a spare Lampstand, a lot of other ultras, a lot of tin cards from all three releases and promos. Plus some odd cards from TxP and quite a few from Disciples.

It is not my business, but this trade is $15 vs. $30 TLG prices.  I want everyone to be happy, which could very well be the case for this trade.

FWIW, I'm fairly certain Terry is going to be hosting a Regional soon, so trading a Goliath for some other top needs is probably okay. I'd say it's a good deal for all involved.

Why is everyone always so focused on what someone else says a card is worth? The cards have whatever value you attach to them, not just a set monetary price tag. You've never made a trade of unequal value because you wanted/needed a card. Both of us are getting the cards we want and are happy with the trade. I made an offer that was of a more equal value and he clearly declined it in favor of cards he needed/wanted.

I am very happy for this trade.  Thanks for your concern but I am happy for Bob.  As my brother ProfAls said, in this case I got a Goliath promo right back.  We both win.

Why is everyone always so focused on what someone else says a card is worth?

There have been plenty of times of these boards that new players made unwise trades without realizing the difference in trade value. There are those of us that will try to look out for people who may not otherwise realize a trade deficit. Although that may not have happened in this case, there is enough of a history on these boards to warrant a warning.

Frankly I value Holy Grail higher than TLG lists since it is out of print and highly useful in just about any deck.

I apologize of my earlier post came off as angry or unpleasant, that was necessarily my intention though after re reading it a while later I hope no one took it that way. I have a tendency to be defensive and I'm sorry if I offended anyone and thank you guys for just trying to be helpful.
