Have a bunch of cards...

I have a box of about 1500 first and second edition (mostly first) Redemption cards that I no longer want.  I wouldn't mind selling them except for a couple of things:  1.  I don't know if they're worth anything, and 2.  I haven't been able to go through them (except for a quick look).  These cards are in mint or near mint condition (only ever found two people to play against, and that rarely), so I want to put the questions out:  What cards are being looked for in these cards, and what do I need to look at to determine if these are worth selling?  Thanks.

You should put a list of them so people could look and see which ones are more valuable. (such as promos, ...)

Look at the bottom left corner of the card for a symbol.

1) A fish-apostles  2) 7-headed candles-patriches 3) a sword-warriors  4) the letter "w"-womens
5) a cross-faith of our fathers 6) nothing-original and prophets 7) c&d,e&f,g&h- starter decks
8) treasure chest- treasures of the past  9) the letter"p"-promos

there are probably others I didn't list-others will help.

Of those, Treasure chest, Anchor, W, and Sword are of general interest, as well as anything with gold borders.

Assuming that these are all original or prophets cards, then unfortunately it is unlikely that anyone would buy them.  I agree with the people above me that the first thing to do is to look and see if there are any cards with little symbols in the bottom left corner.  If not, then just open the bid at whatever shipping will cost you and see if anyone will bid higher than that.
