When you've been cheated...

Any real measures to try and get money back when one has been cheated? The member GoldenSkittles recieved money via Paypal from me for two cards (thankfully, the overall trade value was only $5) but never sent his cards, and hasn't been online for a month.

Nope sadly. Be patient though, sometimes younger members have issues sending out cards quickly (I know I did)

I don't know the details, but I do know PayPal offers some type of buyer protection.  If I had to guess, however, I guess it would not apply to sending money, but idk.

That stinks, if that member has any other contact details listed, try those.  Idk if a mod can do this, but maybe ask Schaef to give you his email if it is hidden.  I DON'T KNOW if he would, or if he should, but you could ask.

You can dispute the transaction through PayPal. That will give him 10 ten days to respond. PayPal tends to favor the buyer in these cases. He has to prove that he sent it or you will be refunded.
My wife is a hottie.
