I have an extra set of State Promos if anyone is interest PM me for details. Prices are based off of Three Lions Gaming and prices are negotiable.

Here's what I have:

Haman $15
Laban $15
Chastisement of the Lord $5
Water to Wine $5
Everlasting Beings $5
Jairus $5
Bartimaeus $5

Whole set total: $40 + shipping!

Based on the number of recent people selling and prices, I wouldn't expect more than $15 or $20 since only Laban and Haman have much value. There are two many of the others lying around that people don't want that the other 5 can usually be bought at a dollar or less. IMO
