Usually what people do is use the TLG prices for cards (www.threelionsgaming.com) and make the prices on both sides of the trades even.

So I don't have a spare Foreign Spearman at the moment, but I do have a Jezebel and King Ahab that you mentioned in your other thread.  All 3 of those cards are the same value, so I'd be willing to replace the spearman with one of them if you would be OK with that!
