Couple of quick questions

Is anyone wanting/willing to buy or trade for a ton of cards?  (I have contacted Chronic Apathy, so is there anyone else?)

What is the best way to "package" a ton of cards without having a lot of high end cards, and what would be good prices?

I've received several packages thus far, and they've all come tightly packed in boxes that were just big enough for them (at least one of these boxes was too long for the amount of cards, but the cards were so tightly packed it didn't really matter. I haven't inspected each card personally (nor do I plan to), but all in all all the cards I've received were in good condition. The best I received were cards were packaged in stacks of about 250-300 and wrapped with plastic wrap to keep them together, then they were all placed in a box. The packaging helps keep them all together, and prevents a lot of damage from bumping around.

ProfU recommends not selling lots for more than $75.

Actually it's a lot more complicated than that.  However, the price of the lot will determine who your potential buyers are.  Below is a basic idea:

Over $175 - Ken4Christ @ 3LG -or- TechnoEthicicst @ CrusaderRealm
$100 - $174 - Large playgroup leaders (probably about 20 people in the country)
$10 - $99 - Anybody looking for a good deal (a lot of people)
Below $10 - Probably just talking about individual cards here, and most people would just trade

Sorry I didn't make myself very clear.  What I am wondering is, what are people looking for right now?  Do people want "grab bags," meaning all different types of cards from all different sets.  What about "color enhancers," meaning a set of cards only from one color to help the deck you are trying to build.  Or do you want something else, like if I have a booster draft would you want to buy those cards from me?  Basically what are people wanting, because I can package them any way anyone wants it!

Di and Texp really threw a monkey wrench into the single card market. Not only did it depreciate the value on all of the ultra rares in the set individually it also did it collectively. Why buy a huge collection when I can spend half the money on di or texp packs (or even tins) and get better cards.  I have also noticed at tournaments that  people who would normally buy packs only buy the di and texp, hence the old ones just sit and collect dust. It was a good move for Cactus, and a good move for "players" but it has really hurt collectors and singles dealers. Therefore you better have alot of high end cards if normal sellers like us want to sell anything.

Do booster.  People are always looking for cheap booster.

People are always looking to play cheap booster. Booster draft decks really have no value to the majority of the players in redemption.

Yeah, that's what I meant, you just said it.

The box packs were good for Cactus short term.  I don't think they'll be as good long term.
