The first set of all redemption cards had no Cactus Game Design on the Bottom. This means they either A) came from the first edition starter, as the Son of God you mentioned did, or B) came from the limited booster packs. However, there are a number of cards that were used as promos the first printing and then became regular cards in the unlimited packs:
Those are:
Meditation
Plague of Flies
Stillness
Burial
Lost Soul (Isaiah 42:7, I think?)
The most valuable of the the group being the Plague of Flies and the Burials that look just like the unlimited except is the original yellow for plague of flies and the Burial which has no lettering on the bottom (if a card has a C/D, it came from 2nd Edition, E/F Third Edition, and G/H 10th Anniversary Set). Hope this clears up the confusion.
