Is there a minimum you're looking to not go below? I was thinking of making an offer, but I don't have a ton of money, and I didn't want to accidentally bid low enough that it seemed like an insult, lol.

The problem with lots like this is that they are just worth too much to be in the price range of normal buyers.  Most people can't spend more than $150 even for a huge lot that is a GREAT deal.  However, you could probably split these cards in half and sell both of them for $150 each.  If you're interested I could suggest a fair way to split them.
