So nice but so expensive. Will the pre-order price be available up until the set actually releases? Cuz it's gonna be awhile before I can even remotely afford a full set purchase, lol.

Very expensive!  The price of the new sets are getting outrageous.

not only is it barely expensive compared to other games, but the value of the cards just keeps rising.. if you look at ec and pc they have just gone up and up since their release

You can bring down the price if you want to trade a Shipwreck to me...that is $75 off with one card traded in. Also, if you want to trade in any of the new promo cards that will bring it down even more. Contact me directly if you would like to work something out via trade. I am really not interested in taking much more than what I just mentioned in trade for the new set however...perhaps the PC ultras as well.

The only reason the recent sets are so expensive is because the cards have rarity.  We could go back to the days of Tins where they all have the same price, no matter how good/bad the cards are. 

There was a large group of regular Redemption players that lobbied on the boards (myself included) for a return to packs with Rares and Ultrarares.  Personally, I love that they've gone back to packs with rarities.

And as for the cost...  Paying more money for cards ultimately ensures the continuation of Redemption. 

I have heard your thoughts and am responding by lowering the pre-order price. Anyone who has already ordered has been issued a refund for the difference. A full set will preorder for $250 now.

Additionally, anyone who pre-orders the set by May 1st will get an additional $10 off their entry fee at NATIONALS this year!

Do you have a 'lay-away' plan or give rain checks?  The early release is messing up my plans.   

Hopefully, I will be getting my yearly "profit" bonus from work sometime in June.  Also, hopefully, I will have enough to more than cover the cost of the full set.

Agree - I was not a big fan of the tins, but they were good for booster drafts.  I like the packs, especially the TP and Disciples, because of the high number of UR and rare cards in the packs.  TEC was good because I enjoyed getting all of the extra FooF and RoA cards.  The Persecuted Church packs were a little disappointing because of the Original and Prophet cards.  There is nothing wrong with these cards, except for the fact I already had thousands of these cards.   

Just wanted to make sure everyone knows that the Pre-Order option will end tonight at midnight and prices may adjust a bit. You will be able to buy packs, boxes and singles (will be up on the official release date of 5/23) as normal though.
