3 Woes has just recently become available, so I doubt you find anyone offering one for sale, much less at a discount to established sellers. I think 3 Lions has it at $100 and Watchman492 has it for $85.
TSC is still the ultimate chase card, combining both rarity and playability, such that you just don't see them go on sale hardly ever. But every now and then they do, although not at a large discount to their current price.
It just depends on your definition of "a great deal", I guess. You won't find players offering them for 50% off, for example - most players on the boards know that they could sell them for more than that to 3 Lions or Watchman.
