Yeah, calculate how much the 15 packs weigh and figure shipping on that weight. If you have fifteen packs on hand or cards equivalent to that then get a bubble mailer that will hold them and take them to your post office and get them to weigh it so you buy postage for exactly the weight being shipped. If you are a little over it is way better than being under.

15 packs will fit in a Priority Mail flat-rate envelope. Just buy a stamp for a flat-rate envelope and send it with your UPCs. The USPS provides flat-rate envelopes for free, so Rob will not have to pay for the envelope. He just needs the postage. I would think Rob probably has a sizeable stash of those envelopes anyway.  ;)

For comparative purposes, I just weighed 15 Priests packs (which I think are the heaviest) and it came to 10.5 ounces. That is without an envelope, and not including address labels and/or ink (which could be particulary heavy if your last name is like John Mich...).  ;)
