Is it okay to sell Redemption cash?

Would anyone object to paying say $25 for $30 worth of cash. I believe on the Redemption cash it says its valued at less than a cent but If i'm just going to purchase product with the cash and resell it anyways does it matter?

It's fine to do, it's a free economy.  That was being done quite a bit at Nats, but the other way around (R Cash to $)
