Cactus Game Design Message Boards

Hello.
I used to play redemption when I was younger and I could never really understand how to play. I have about 150-200 cards or so, with a decent amount of $3 and up cards. I also have Wrath of Satan.
I have no interest in the game any longer and I have no idea what to do with the cards I have left. Ebay is unreliable as when I type in "redemption" I get Kobe Bryant basketball cards. That is very unhelpful.
I am in need of money as I am a college student as well haha.
If someone is interested in my lot, I would love to sell it to them. If all else fails, I will donate them to the Storeroom.

A hint for finding Redemption on eBay: Type in Redemption CCG, (or click the link) so you avoid anything other things with Redemption in the title. You'll probably see some other CCG games, but there will be some Redemption stuff there too.

Another tip: Definitely make a post on here about what cards you have. Very few people will be interested in a lot without knowing what's in it. Also, several people on here would be happy to help you find out how much would be a fair price for the lot if you listed the cards.

Since you mentioned that you haven't played in awhile, and you talked about Wrath of Satan, I'm going to assume most of your cards are from the Warriors set or before (they are from Warriors if there is a sword on the bottom left corner of the card). Here's a list of some of the most valuable cards from Warriors and before:

Lost Souls (the card Lost Souls that must be rescued twice)
Falling Away
Women as Snares
Michael
King of Tyrus
New Jerusalem (the Lamb icon that says it can be played with Son of God, not the Pyramid icon)
Harvest Time
Wrath of Satan
Prince of this World
The Strong Angel
Captain of the Host
Holy Grail

If you have any Apostles (cards with a fish symbol on bottom left) or Patriarchs (cards with a Menorah symbol on bottom left), most of the best cards will be the ones with a Gold border. That means they are Ultra Rares. But like I said, you haven't played in awhile so I don't know how much from those sets you would have. Feel free to post here with any questions, and if you do make a list, people can make offers. Unless you have a lot of the cards listed, I would estimate a 150-200 card lot selling on here for anywhere between $15-30 depending what's in there. If you have most of the cards listed, that number might be higher, but not too much.

I downloaded a price list off of the Redemption web site and found prices for these. The rest of the cards in my lot are all commons worth 35 to 15 cents each. I have 133 commons in this group, with 10 of those being lost souls.

All together that is 164 cards. If you want to know what commons I have, send me a pm and I can list them on this forum for you as well. I’m not sure what my asking price is, as I don’t know what a reasonable one would be. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
