I often provide almost the same thing to my players when we do a Booster Draft at tournaments (except I DO include Patriarchs and Angel Wars packs, and I do NOT include 100 random cards). I usually charge $15 for those events, and there is the chance of winning prizes and RNRS points in addition to the cards themselves.
Therefore, I would imagine that hosts who wanted to hold Booster Drafts at their tournaments would be willing to pay $10-$12 for a package like this (including shipping). It would save them having to order supplies separately (except they'd still have to get the Pats & AWs packs), and they could just order as many as they expected to play Booster at the tournament.
