I generally charge $10 for closed deck and $15 for booster draft, but I don't take costs into account because I usually have plenty of resources.  The Redemption Host Guide on the Cactus website suggests hosts charge enought to cover their expenses which tends to be more than just the supplies (e.g. venue costs, snaks and drinks, etc.)

I would also charge $10 for Closed Deck.  If you also throw in T1-2p and charge $5 for it, then you should make about the same amount as the materials and tournament fees cost you.
