Title: Anyone buying complete collections these days?
Post by: stefferweffer on June 02, 2011, 10:44:44 AM: As many of you know, I have 18 real life decks that our playgroup uses. They have cards from all the sets that have released, including Disciples, and each deck has a few rares, ultra-rares, and promos. And I also have dozens of rares and ultra-rares that are not in decks right now. Each deck is sleeved and in a tin.

I'm not at a point where I HAVE to sell these cards, but money is tight right now and I was just curious if there would be people interested in buying them. I would be interested in offers on either individual decks and the set of extra rares, or an offer on the entire collection. I might split up the extra rares and sell them individually, but I'm really trying to avoid shipping to a hundred different people.

Anyway, please let me know if you're interested. If there's not enough interest here on the forums then I'd just decide to hold onto them or maybe consider E-Bay.

I agree with this assessment. You'll rarely get more for a collection on eBay than here, and you'll have to pay a lot more in fees.
