My votes.

I wouldn't count N.T. warriors in red a theme. I think a theme should be able to have a deck built around it, or a subtheme to support it. Red's overall theme is warriors, with N.T. warriors being a subtheme, at most. Red might also have Disciples as a subtheme- Peter, Phillip although he is nicer in purple, Andrew, Simon the Zealot. Silver is only angels, duh, but has subthemes- BTN, and prophets. You got white on the button, same with gold. I would like to see green have another theme other than just Prophets, but you summed up green, and blue, and purple. I think red needs a new niche. You got teal, but I would like to see more done within these themes. For example, Z Temple is a protect theme, but what does the other temple priest's do? I would try to go for each different temple priest having their own temple, and when it is out they benefit from it.
You nailed all the evil, minus orange. I don't see placed immunity ever, and think banding should be a theme possibly. Orange might need something else too. Other than that we're good.

Part of the problem with this list is how strictly the parameters will be set. My white offenses would be classified as "TGT" or "N.T. Female," but also include heavy musicians. I'd say N.T. Female is weaker than Disciples, but N.T. Female with Musicians is stronger than Disciples. However, Disciples gets stronger if it has ET, who is not a disciple. How are we going to treat off-theme cards that support a different theme but are also members of their own theme?

We can just take those top 8 heroes from each brigade and put them together to form an offense.

Worst.  Offense.  Ever.  Other than Jacob/Capitan, there's nothing that really can be done.
