Which is the better Redemption hero?

Everybody who voted for Susanna against Thad should vote Susanna again. There is no way Captain is better than Thad. There is no way Captain is better than Susanna.

That's what I did.  However, how ironic would it be if Jacob went up against Captain.  Despite my vote for Susanna, I think that would be pretty funny.

I had all of the final four correct until one of our players decided to vote against Thad (to his own loss) to stop me from getting the points as well.  Grrrr.....

And The Generous Widow should be against Jacob instead of Moses.

It's funny that your reason for choosing CotH are more bogus than mine were for choosing Susanna.

Winks and anecdotes aside, I maintain my position that it was pretty dumb to decide a tie of who's the best Hero based on criteria that have nothing to do with gameplay.

I think "dumb" might be too strong a word, even if I did decide the tie "based on criteria that have nothing to do with gameplay."  But calling my actions "dumb" is only one of your mistakes.  The other was missing the list of criteria that did have to do with game play.  Did you think that my list of gameplay reasons had nothing to do with my decision?

IIRC, I specified at least 3 gameplay releated reasons why I liked Susanna.  Plus, I like her art.  In my opinion, I don't find that dumb.  There had already been about 4 pages of back-and-forth regarding which hero was better from a gameplay perspective.  I listed some gameplay reasons why I thought Susanna was better, and I menioned I liked her art.  I was breaking a tie in a poll that I set up for FUN. 

Now, I would have voted for Susanna over Thaddeus on gameplay alone (for the reasons I listed and more), but there are times when I may decide a tie simply based on art.  For example, as much as I like Provisions for gameplay purposes, I'm not going to have Provisions beat AoCp if they came down to a tie.  That they both have amazing gameplay value is pretty obvious.  But of those two, only AoCp is obviously pretty.
