I'm slightly surprised that one of the best heroes in the game is still going strong for the best evil character competition. We should have a "best converted evil character" poll at some point.

I agree about PP.  He is great as a converted hero, and he is decent as an EC.  But Neb us GREAT as an EC.  So if we're talking about which is the better EC, I've gotta go with Neb.

T2 players might disagree because Nazareth seems to be more prevalent in T2 decks, but if I'm attacking, I'm much more concerned about my opponent's defense if he has Neb sitting in his territory with some horses on him, than I am if they have PP in their territory.

I am 10x more concerned that he has an d2 autoplay in a brigade with CBN immunity than I am about a a CBN search for various captures, horses, or cool characters. PP is absolutely better.

PP is srsly imba. Nebby is mediocre really: it's easily stoppable, and his ability is overrated. What can he grab? Anything CBN? Not really. It gets better if he has horses on him, but I'm not going to let my opponent play whatever they want if that's the case....

Neb barely squeaked in by 1 vote against a better EC. I don't see him winning this matchup.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

Again, I think this is a T2 perspective.  A T1 deck is only gonna have 1 of those EEs, so that's really not that impressive.  Nebby has way more versatility with the ability to grab any other crimson character or EE from the deck.

True, but PP is part of the best late-game banding chain in the game (T1). Gomer banded to Scribe banded to Proud Pharisee for infinite Gibeonite Treachery recursion.

And, in T1, Nazereth is more prevelent, so we are even.

pp is better in type two, nebby is better in type one. PP has to draw an enhancemnt or have an enhancement in hand. When you consider outside factors like nazereth in type two pp is better not only because of what he can play first CBN but because search isn't as big of an issue when you are drawing 6 cards and have multiples of the enhancements in your deck. 5x balaams and however many Gold sheilds you choose to play with.. It is also nice to drop a self righteous prayer if you know they have an aocp or something.

In essence nebuchadnezzar is straight up better than pp but there are to many other factors hindering him to warrant my vote.

The last 6  ti Root games I have played haven't seen a nazereth. There are only like 3 people who play it consistently in type one and 2 in almost every one of their decks. Pol, who uses it in every deck, yourself occasionally although it didn't come up in our recent game, and I have seen CGamer25 use it. RTSM might be on that list I cannot remmeber. Regardless of the use of nazereth in type one it is defently not more than type 2.
