I would go with Faithful Servant Promo over either one of these guys. Not necessarily because he's the best hero for a green deck, but because at some point these heroes are going to go against other brigades, and it's not going to be all about one color. And since there's not really a green hero that I'm super excited about, might as well use that color to get FSP in
But since I have to pick one of these two this is another tough one.
Simeon is essential in a prophets deck. Hur is essential in a non-prophets deck.
Prophets are stronger - point for Simeon.
Simeon is not really a good splash in other decks. Hur+Gifts of the Magi is the best card drawing splash in the game.
Versatility - point for Hur.
Simeon could win battles without enhancements with his protection and CBN banding. Hur only wins battles with GE backup.
Raw Power - point for Simeon.
