I really hope Moses wins it all.

Older strategies are less commonly countered, as they are seldom the meta. That, plus Moses can be in a gold deck, a FBTN deck, a musicians deck, a speed deck...

WatW can be in an Abom deck, a NT Female deck, a speed deck, or a flat gold deck......

The older strategies comment is very valid though - And I suppose that you'd rather have a first turn Moses than a first turn WatW. I still like her versatitlity though.

Moses fits in all of those categories too.  ;)

I've actually never found WatW useful. Gen Widow can also work for soul generation, and doesn't give them an Evil Character. I'm pretty sure I've built a deck with Moses in it every year.
This year: Judges/Samaritans. Last year: FBTN. Year before: Musicians. The next couple of years before: FBTN. Year before: White/Purple (with transfig). Year before: White/Silver.

WatW has only been out two years, but I've player her every year shes been out ;)

I'm not saying she should win - I'm just saying that I'm suprised she's doing as bad as she is.

And recently I've been adding moses to my Prophets decks, simply because of Aaron.

Moses also has the added advantage of being in a starter deck.  Players can get their hands on him much easier.
