Uzzah can easily be nagated, but on the other hand Gomer can band to more than half the ECs in the game and it's CBN.

Gomer also can block more than once, and being able to CBNB to KoT, with the option of playing Plot or Gib's Trick after that (if they can get that high) is just insanely good. Uzzah is stopped by Thad and Joanna (both of which are in the top 2 played offenses)

Far more than half.  Unless there's a Wall in the way...  (That's when SWS comes in handy)

More than half?  Gomer can band to every evil character, except female humans, Cubus, and Spirit of Temptation.  How many commonly used evil characters are in this subset of evil characters?  Sapphira?  Salome/Herodias?  Lot's Wife?  Zeresh?  And with Creeping Deceiver...

The ability to possibly successfully block more than once, CBN, band to basically every evil character used, even your opponent's gives Gomer the edge in my mind.
