As much as I love FTNB Joe is the lynch-pin in a Genesis deck, and that makes me vote Joe.

I've never played a gen deck myself but I've had more trouble against Joseph than I ever did against Jacob.

Jacob can be splashed into far more decks too.

Jacob is actually better, but Joseph is hypothetically better. Also, we never choose the best hero anymore, so we voted for Joseph.
