Centurion at Capernaum>Centurion at Calvary.
At first glance that seems true because of the site negation. However, Red really has no reason to negate sites: there's no real territory destruction, searching, shuffling, or ignoring that goes on in battle within the brigade (A Soldier's Prayer works better outside of battle, and can search discard pile anyway; Jephthah needs to be banded in). Negating all Evil Characters and weapons is far more useful.
That said, I use both Centurions in my Red T2 deck, but I have found Calvary to be much more useful.
