SWS for life. He can steal your opponent's Gomer to band to his KoT, which is better than just having KoT.

A standalone defense has won Nats many times, so why is a real defense 'better'?

If I exchange with them I know that I am probably going to get a rude slap in the face later in the game when they take my whole banding chain and either make me tear it to pieces or kill it themselves.
