This shouldn't even be close. Micah recurring things like two bears, search, and pretty much any key green enhancement is almost unbeatable. I use the gold Simeon in my Green deck because he's so much more useful than the new one.
Simeon is better in T2, where recursion is not that valuable since you can start out with almost as many copies of enhancements as you want. He's also the only prophet that can band to another prophet, which can be super useful. And CBN, don't forget. He's a juggernaut. In T1 though, I might vote for Micah, because recursion is super amazing in T1.

CBN banding+Discard Protection in a brigade with Hidden Treasures and Obediah's Caves...yeah, Simeon's way better than Micah, even though Micah is quite good too.

Let's also not forget that you still have to redraw the cards you shuffle with Micah before using them again. In T1, I would think that the games rarely last long enough to draw and use the cards twice, and in T2, the decks are much bigger, which of course means slower.

I agree that this is close, but I still have to side with Micah. I really don't think Green has enough firepower to break through a defense, and Micah is the only thing that solves that problem. Simeon and Micah are good, yeah, but you can pick them off individually. Discard Anna, Writ/Charms Simeon. They aren't THAT good.
You can hit Simeon the next time around. Doesn't he negate O.T. forts?
Hit simeon with sinning hand and I would be willing to bet you would want Micah then.
