Chaldeans can be destroyed by wayy more than that...

Chaldeans can be stopped by every hero in the game. And a few other cards.

I'd say the only advantage Chaldeans has is the fact that he can hold Magic Charms while being territory protected with HQ. TAS is awesome when you can search, but is still useful even when you can't (assuming you have a banding character to bring him in, he still gives you an additional LS to attack for). I've only played one game where Chaldeans' ability even worked, and that was just because I didn't see him coming and kept a couple of characters in my hand.

Oh crap. I thought Chaldeans said book, not testament. I withdraw all good things I said about him.

That makes sense then. If he said book, he'd definitely contend for the top multi spot.

Wow, I really though that Chaldeans was a useful card. I can hardly believe they would ever even make it now.

He is still useful as another option for Babylonian Magicians. He can also be helpful against Lampstand when your opponent primarily uses NT characters, but he's not as great as he was envisioned to be, that's for sure.

don't get down on the chaldeans. Chaldeans early in the game will discard an artifact every time. They are good even late in the game.Say, someone is playing disciples and pharisees and they have lampstand up so you can not destruct their blue tassels and capture thad. What do you know? Chaldeans takes care of Lampstand and then Thad cries.
