Vote now!
WINNER: 6. Scribe
-
Damsel with Spirit of Divination is part of an aswome combo. I vote Damsel with Spirit of Divination
-
Scribe is better. I vote Scribe.
-
That's a close one. There both essential for a Pharisee or Magician/Demon deck, but Scribe can reacur more then half the Bible. I vote Scribe.

Scribe + Proud Pharisee + Balaam's is an awesome combo.
-
Although only one of them gets the Immunity.
-
Give it to Scribe and you'll have another block after that one too.
-
No, because you need Proud Pharisee to draw it.
-
Both are nigh essential for two different themes. However, Scribe's broad recursion ability makes him practically an auto-block character late-game. And he goes with possibly the best evil theme. I gotta go with him.
-
You need Proud Pharisee to draw it. So you may lose a block if you don't have anything else (as opposed to losing the rest of the blocks), but you'll get to recur Balaam's at least one more time if you use Scribe.

You don't need Proud Pharisee at all. You can have Balaam's Disobedience and some other enhancement (Snares or something, maybe even something black) and switch off each turn. BD might be the most reliable enhancement, but it's not the only option.
